Fruit salad reminds me of school dinners, but when it's made with a diverse array or organic fruit, it takes on a whole new dimension. At home, we usually make this for dessert with whatever fruit we have to hand, and add yoghurt or ice-cream if we fancy it. It's healthy, simple and delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Any organic fruit
  • Lemon or lime juice
  • Orange zest
  • Ginger, minced finely
  • Honey
  • Any fruit juice

Method:

  1. Chop up the fruit into roughly bite-sized pieces
  2. Mix all the ingredients together, edit amounts to your taste preference.
  3. Pour dressing on top, serve with ice-cream or yoghurt and enjoy!
