How do I swap items?

You can now swap up to two items of veg in every L and XL veg bag.

  1. Head to your basket, and click on the 'swap' arrows to the left of individual veg items.
  2. Select a different vegetable from the drop down menu (note that some items will incur an additional cost depending on the value of the item being swapped out).
  3. Enjoy your customised veg bag :)

Can I choose the contents of my veg bag?

If you have a L or XL bag you can swap up to two items of veg. You can also choose from a range of weekly extras.

When can I see what is in the veg bags each week?

You can see what is available each week between Thursday and Sunday. What is in the bags varies due to the season.

Where and when will my bag be delivered?

Your bag will be delivered to your chosen collection point on Wednesdays, and will be ready to collect by early afternoon. You can view the different collection points and when they are open here.

When can I make changes to my basket?

You can make changes until 11pm on Sunday via the website. After this, final baskets will be confirmed and we will start picking and packing your veg on Monday and Tuesday, ready for delivery on Wednesday.

How do I pick up my bag?

Once your order is finalised, you will be sent an email on Monday with any further details on how to access your pick-up point, including any lock codes or directional instructions. Feel free to email us if you are still unsure after Monday.

What do I need to do if I have a recurring order?

Your don't need to make any changes to your veg bag each week (unless you want any additional items), and everything will automatically be delivered on Wednesdays.

What can I cook with my veg?

Each week we send out newsletters with our veg bags containing at least one recipe, which will make use of some of the produce in the bags this week. If that recipe isn't for you, you can also visit our recipe pages to find many more seasonal recipes, all using produce from our bags.

I'm going away on holiday?

If you are unable to collect your veg bag one week, you can make a note of this in the account settings in the top right hand corner of the website. If you want to donate your bag for the week, slide the toggle at the top of the page titled 'Holiday Management'.

Where does my veg come from?

All the fruit and veg we pack into our bags is organic, seasonal, and we aim to source it as locally as possible. Over the course of the year, around half of the veg comes from Forty Hall Farm in Enfield, and the rest of the veg is sourced from other certified organic sellers. Some of these sellers are also local, and the produce is grown in S-E England, or elsewhere in the UK.

In order to provide a varied veg bag throughout the year, we also source fruit and veg from abroad. For example, we have banana suppliers in the Dominican Republic and orange suppliers in Spain.
