
Okonomiyaki pancakes are a Japanese savoury pancake, full of flavour and easy to make.

Method:
1. Finely chop up the cabbage, like you would for a coleslaw, then add to a bowl with onions, breadcrumbs and salt. Then gently mix in eggs to create a loose pancake mixture.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick saucepan, then add cabbage mixture, flatten, and fry for 3-5 minutes, like a pancake. Once nicely browned, use a spatula to flip the pancake and fry on the other side. Top with sauces and extras, enjoy.
