About our Lettuce (Forty Hall Farm)
Crisp lettuce from Forty Hall Farm. Throughout the year we grow a few different varieties of lettuce, so expect your lettuce order to vary seasonally.
Throughout the year we sow around 8,000 lettuces. We grow them either in one of our polytunnels, or in Warren field.
Some of our lettuce seedlings, which are grown in the polytunnel around late Spring time.
